Sierra Club Lemonade Brigade Fundraising Dates

The Lemonade Brigade is the primary fundraising operation for Sierra Club of Eastern Missouri, and we have two events coming over the next few months in which we'll need volunteers to help squeeze lemons, set up and tear down our booths, and of course sell the finest lemonade this side of the Mississippi. Please contact Jim Young at jas.young@sbcglobal.net or at 314-664-9392 if you can spare some time to help with these vital fundraising operations.

St. Louis Earth Day Festival Sunday, April 26

The traditional St. Louis Earth Day Festival will be held on the Muny Grounds of Forest Park on Sunday, April 26, from 10-6. The Sierra Club will have an information table under the cover of the Muny entry. Our famous lemonade stand will be offering its ever-popular fare throughout the event. We need volunteers for both locations. If you could greet the public at the table for a couple of hours, please contact the EMG office at 314-664-0890 . Jim Young would also be thrilled to put you to work in the lemonade stand. To volunteer for that duty, please contact Jim 314-664-9392. Thanks!

We hope to see lots of our members at the St. Louis Earth Day Festival!
