We need a Membership Chair, a Fundraising Chair, and a Secretary!  

Our members are our lifeblood. THB needs someone who enjoys people to organize a team focused on growing our membership. Growing the membership may include tabling events, contacting & welcoming new members who sign up online, ensuring that membership materials are available, and coordinating with chapter staff to get information into the membership database. The Membership Chair should aim to meet in person with the Membership Committee at least once a month. The Chair should be available to the Executive Committee by phone and email and be willing to either send the Executive Committee a monthly report or attend the Executive Committee monthly meetings (first Tuesdays 7:00 PM) to report in person.

The Fundraising Chair will recruit and organize a team that plans fundraising efforts throughout the year. The Chair should aim to meet in person with the Fundraising Committee at least once a month. The Chair should be available to the Executive Committee by phone and email and be willing to either send the Executive Committee a monthly report or attend the Executive Committee monthly meetings to report in person.

Do you want to create the glue that keeps the THB Executive Committee on the same page? Do you enjoy typing? The Committee is looking for someone to volunteer as Secretary for our Executive Committee meetings. The Secretary needs to be able to attend monthly meetings the first Tuesday of the month 7-8:30 PM. You must have the means to type up the notes and email them to the committee.
