In this role, your experience in grassroots organizing, training, motivating volunteers, and coalition building will help you successfully recruit and engage new people, develop leadership skills of volunteers, and work with partners and allies to influence decision-makers. Your work will help Wyoming move toward a different economy while protecting Wyoming's natural resources -- abundant wildlife, undeveloped wild places, and a clean environment.
 
A successful organizer will be committed to centering all their work in foundational principles of equity, justice, and inclusion. They will be a strategic thinker, good listener, skilled writer and verbal communicator, and passionate about working with people.
