Spend 3 nights at our favorite Borrego Palm Canyon group tent campsite (775'), drinking water, flush toilets, showers, 3 picnic tables, shade ramada per campsite.
Day hikes include the 3 - 5 mile round trip Borrego Palm Canyon trail through bighorn sheep habitat to a large palm grove. Other hikes include an interpretive trail hike to the Visitor Center, The Slot, Hellhole Canyon and other soul restorative, rejuvenating desert hikes.
If you drive around, you might see free standing, larger than life metal sculptures in the middle of the desert.
