Vote in the 2026 Sierra Club Angeles Chapter Elections - Oct. 1 to Nov. 13
The annual Angeles Chapter elections begin Tuesday October 1, and end Wednesday, November 13th. Active members will be voting for
- At-large Positions on the Angeles Chapter Executive Committee.
- Members of the Executive / Management Committee for their Regional Group in the Chapter (if affiliated with a group)
The Sierra Club is unique among environmental organizations in that our leadership is elected by the membership. This democratic structure has allowed the Club to evolve and grow, and it's thanks to the dedicated service of so many that we are effective and thriving.
Ballots: How to vote
- Only active Club members (as of September 29, 2026) may vote. If you need to verify your membership, you can visit https://myaccount.sierraclub.org/ or call Sierra Club member services at 415-977-5500. For instructions for how to create or access your membership account online, visit here.
- Choose whether to vote by mail or online
- By Mail: All members who voted by paper ballot last year will automatically receive a paper ballot in the mail. Others may request a paper ballot by contacting the Chapter Office at angeles.sierraclub@gmail.com, calling (213) 728-7543, or mailing your request to Sierra Club Angeles Chapter, Suite 702, 617 W. 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90017. For paper ballot requests, please include your Sierra Club member ID (7- or 8-digit number) if you have it, the names of voting members in your household, and your mailing address. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive paper ballots. Paper Ballots must be delivered to the Chapter office before it closes at 5:00 pm on Nov. 13th, 2026. Allow sufficient time for delivery to the chapter.
- Online: You will be voting through Sierra Club’s membership system. All members automatically have a Campfire Sierra Club account, even if they have never accessed it online. Online ballots must be submitted by 11:59 on November 13, 2026.
How to Vote Online:
Vote at sc.org/VoterPortal - you will be voting through Sierra Club’s membership system, Campfire. All members automatically have a Sierra Club account, even if they have never used Campfire.
At the voting login page (sc.org/VoterPortal), enter the email address you use with the Sierra Club and your Campfire password, if you have an associated password already.
If you do not have a password or cannot remember it, click on “Forgot your Password?” to create one or change it. Then return to the login page (sc.org/VoterPortal) and continue logging in.
