The Colorado Sierra Club Public Lands Team is a space for lands, water, and wildlife advocates across Colorado to learn about, collaborate on, and participate in conservation advocacy, educational events, outdoor service projects, and nature outings.
We host and participate in activities including various outdoor service projects and nature outings (including park cleanups, re-seeding projects, and invasive species weed-pulls) to forge stronger connections with nature, build environmentalists’ sense of community, provide platforms for education, and connect the general public with advocacy opportunities. The team meets once a month to plan, promote, and receive support on activist events and advocacy opportunities (both in-person and virtual).
The Public Lands Team meets on the third Tuesday of every Month from 6 to 7 pm. Fill out our volunteer interest form to get more involved.
