Deep Dredge Threat to Biscayne Bay
Miami Sierra and the Biscayne Bay Waterkeepers protested and went to court to try and halt the destruction of Biscayne Bay that will occur if protections and restrictions are not put on the dredge project of the Port of Miami. The Governor and Legislature passed a law to make this dredge happen and we continue to monitor the work as the judicial system may only listen to us after the destruction starts to be documented.
