Three members of the Executive Committee attended a diversity training workshop at the Maryland Chapter office in College Park. We spent the day learning experientially about creating diversity within our group. The meet-up taught us to look at helping in our own communities. We  heard about the need for a Park/Recreational Facility in the Clay Street area in Annapolis. We met with a gentleman who is going to help us acquire more insight into what is needed and how we might be able to help. He gave us a preliminary fact-finding tour and will plan another tour open to all.
