Greenworks plastic reductions task force.
On August 6th WENOCA sponsored a virtual program on plastic reduction. A summary of the program is provided with links to associated resources.
Our presenters were Alison Ormsby, Lecturer in Environmental Studies & Interim Co-Director of Sustainability at UNCA; Mickey Snowdon, Communications Liaison at The Collider; Finn Digman, AmeriCorps Waste Reduction Education Coordinator at GreenWorks; and Krista Stearns, businesswoman helping to lead the GreenWorks Plastic Reduction Task Force.
