Sierra Group members continue to lead the way in protecting our natural resources! Several of our own Adopt-A-Stream volunteers have been recognized in recent years by both CobbCounty (Cobb's A-A-S program) and Georgia's Environmental Protection Division (“Rivers Alive” program) for their dedicated service in monitoring and protecting our local waterways. The Centennial Group is proud to have a strong contingent of Adopt-A-Stream volunteers.

We also participate in and help sponsor river clean-ups once or twice a year. Join us for River Rendezvous.  It's fun and rewarding!

We work with the Cobb County Water Department on training and follow-up and report our results directly to the State EPD.
