Middle Chattahoochee Pollinator Garden
One of our ongoing projects is the planting and maintaining of a pollinator garden on the LaGrange multiuse trail called The Thread. As of fall 2023, we are moving ahead with plans to remove all non-native plants and replace them with native species that are either host plants for pollinator caterpillars or nectar plants. This change will allow us to gain certification as a pollinator habitat and be more beneficial to local wildlife.
