  • Plan does not maintain R-R zoning in Floyds Fork DRO (R-R intentional for protection of FF area). THIS IS A SERIOUS BREACH IN THE PRESERVATION AREA.
  • Plan does not conform to Comprehensive Plan 2040
    • Disregards the S. Floyds Fork Area Study/Plan
    • Fails to comply to more than 10 important policies (Pointed out by Opposition & Staff)
  • Plan fails to receive Office of Planning Staff  recommendation for zoning change approval due to its
    • Negative impacts on residential uses & transportation network
    • Lack of connectivity/multi-modal options
    • Non-compliance with Comprehensive Plan
