Transit funding is under threat from all sides right now; the governor has a proposal to cut $32 million in funding for transit and bills are being heard at the legislature that would cut considerably more. We are calling on our legislators to defend the clean transportation funding that was passed in 2023 and reject the governor's cuts. Sierra Club is one of 16 organizations to co-sign the letter that calls out how catastrophic the governor's cuts will be for much more than rail. Take action, and ask legislators to oppose these cuts.
