The Creation Care Alliance is hosting a series of talks about concrete ways we can reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. The five talks will be led by climate scientist and advocate Jim Tolbert, who will give you the information you need to act in alignment with your concern about climate change.
In addition to a 28-year career managing environmental cleanups, Jim spent a decade advocating for sound climate action as a volunteer and staff at Citizens’ Climate Lobby, a board member for a bipartisan climate PAC, and a member of the Blue Horizons’ Community Council in Asheville.
The talks will be held Thursdays at 7 p.m. from March 13 to April 10 at the Skyland United Methodist Church, located at 1984 Hendersonville Road, Asheville.
