HB765, a pro-development bill in the General Assembly, is flying through committees and needs to be stopped.
The bill would usurp local authority when it comes to development projects and zoning issues, allowing developers to bypass local ordinances and even give them leverage in commencing civil action against officials who oppose their projects.
