The Fish Hatchery in Pisgah National Forest (John Rock Loop Trailhead, Fish Hatchery Ln, Brevard, NC 28712). This hike features 1,099 feet of elevation gain up to a scenic overlook where we will have a snack and rest. This hike is about 5.9 miles in length and will take us approximately 3-4 hours. Be prepared for elevation gain and a creek crossing. Make sure to pack food and water to stay nourished and hydrated! It is also a good idea to have rain gear just to be safe.

Signup Restrictions: Open to all ages. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Dogs are permitted but must remain on leash and be well-behaved. If you are feeling unwell or have a fever, please do not attend.
