Bay Area meetings are on 3rd Wednesday of the month, and start at 6:30pm for social hour; speaker and discussion from 7-8:30 pm.

January 2019 Meeting Program:

"Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming" edited by Paul Hawken, a valuable book reported on and discussion led by Steve Stelzer, director, Sustainable Building Resource Center for City of Houston. 

"Drawdown" is  a New York Times best seller. Editor Paul Hawken is an environmentalist who looks for solutions to global warming, rather than gloom and doom.

Directions: Driving east on NASA Parkway (a.k.a. NASA Road 1), at the next stop light past Space Center Blvd., turn left away from the lake into the park. It’s the building with the blue roof.
