Recording of the May 12 Program:
The Lone Star Sierra Club's Water for People and the Environment Committee held its last monthly meeting virtually on May 12 focused on the topic of proposed water pipelines to distribute water across the state. The speaker was Dr. Ken Kramer, former Lone Star Sierra Club Director, who shared his insights on the state's proposals, both past and present, to build a statewide pipeline network (aka water "gridzilla") to bring water from out of state and transport significant distances to water needy regions in Texas. A recording of the May 12 meeting is available, and can be accessed at: Passcode Required - Zoom; the passcode is: +dS6*UD4
