Local Action on Climate Change

Monday, May 17, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Three Milwaukee-area activists – Bruce Wiggins, Linda Frank and Bev Bryant – will address various aspects of taking action to address climate change at the local level.

Wiggins will update us on Project Drawdown. Frank will present the work of the Milwaukee City County Task Force on Climate and Economic Equity, including the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory, vulnerability analysis and videos completed by residents on their concerns. Bryant will lead a discussion on how to make our climate conversations more effective and share the work being done by our local chapter of Climate Reality.
