The executive committee (ExCom) of Falls of the James Group is composed of nine volunteers who serve two-year terms. The ExCom meets monthly on a week night to make decisions about finances, policy and priorities for the Group. Elections are held each Fall for four or five seats and any member in good standing is eligible to run.
