Rep. Derek Stanford is an environmental leader who serves as Vice Chair of the House Capital Budget Committee, where he has been an outspoken advocate for investments in clean water and cleaning up toxic pollution. He is also a member of the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee, where he works to improve fish habitat and production as well as fighting over-allocation of streams, rivers, and groundwater supplies. The Sierra Club enthusiastically endorses Rep. Stanford for another term.
