Maureen Winningham is opposed to building any oil terminals in Clark County, as an oil spill would be a catastrophic disaster and not worth any risk. She is supportive of environmental issues and has expressed an eagerness to learn more about policy and politics as they pertain to successful environmental legislation. Maureen will be an effective legislator for the 18th Legislative District.
