Sierra Club and the Tonawanda Seneca Nation (TSN) Need Your Help!

We filed a lawsuit to stop the development of a huge data center in Genesee County. The lawsuit was successful in stopping that particular project. There are now plans for a much larger data center at the Science Technology and Advanced Manufacturing Park (STAMP). Massive industrial development that increase noise, air and water pollution in this part of Genesee County is simply unacceptable!

We need to continue the fight for this pristine 30,000 acres of natural land supporting the Tonawanda Seneca Nation, the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, and several state wildlife areas which contain clean air, abundant water, and uniquely connected wildlife habitat. 

We require funds to pay for environmental experts and legal expenses in order to stop this new plan for a massive data center at STAMP. One of our Sierra Club members has volunteered to match all donations of $25 or more (up to $5000 total).

Please open your hearts and your purse to help us stop this awful plan that will destroy the quiet life of the TSN and ruin the natural environment that contains several wildlife refuges located near the STAMP site.
