This is the "SC Entity Index Page" content type. It should only be used in a couple of contexts. The most common being the homepage for your blog. Generally you do not want to use it as a sub-page.
The other common use is setting up a Newsletter homepage. You will use one index page for each particular newsletter issues (which might have blogs and/or a link to a PDF). The main index page will index theses issues themselves.
It can also list all the Slideshows you have set up.

Pasting Tables is not a good idea generally -- this is one gone wrong for instance.
This is a bottom box that appears below the pagination. This will appear on each page of the pagination.
