Citizens Against Predatory Pipelines has filed in Opposed to the application by Wolf Carbon Solutions US LLC for a state permit to build and operate a hazardous carbon dioxide pipeline. CAPP has an excellent attorney and we are in the process of seeking experts to help us contest aspects of the Wolf pipeline application.

CAPP needs members and/or supporters or both! We need to raise $100,000. to be able to sustain this case through to the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) posted date of May 16, 2024, when the ICC must issue a decision on the Wolf permit application. CAPP is a volunteer formed and run organization registered with the Illinois Secretary of State. CAPP is applying as a 501(c)4 organization which is not-for-profit but operated exclusively for the promotion of social welfare.
