In the crunch time toward the end of the State Legislative Session, two key Sierra Club supported bills did not make it over the finish line and will need our help this summer. Please contact your state representative and senator and urge them to support passage of the State Transit Bill (see the info article included in this E-News) and the Clean and Reliable Grid Act as soon as possible!

See how your state senator voted on the Mass Transit Bill.  Then, if he/she voted Yes on the bill this session, send an easy Thank You to your state senator using the Sierra Club Illinois Chapter online form.

Finally, use this link to urge your senator and representative to take action this summer so the bill can be passed in time to make a huge positive difference for improved mass transit across our state and much greater efficiency and better service in the Chicago region.
