Proposal: Lisa Hochstein to be empowered to do formatting and grammar/ spelling editing on Club materials. 20 minutes Micah Posner
7. Creating and Maintaining a Decorum among club leaders that is helpful, hopeful and respectful. Grounded in our Bylaws, Sierra Club

10. Proposal to Host and Publicize a Community Meeting: UCSC Proposed Growth, Impacts and Community Concerns.
This Zoom meeting would take place the week of April 19th, in coordination with Earthday on the 22nd.It would be cohosted
by other groups with concerns, especially those that have submitted comments. Each group would present their concerns

19. Request to destroy ballots and petition forms per bylaws (Steve) 2 min
20. Ratification of Steve Bakaley as Nominating Committee Chair (see Chapter
and Group Election Procedures | Campfire Community (sierraclub.org) which
recommends forming committee early in the year)
21. Request to form task force to amend our bylaws to allow for electronic voting.
