There were questions about what a "Just Transition" is and where we might see a good example of one. 
 
Here's plenty of reading on just transition  and its application, in a report compiled by lots of organizations including the Sierra Club.
 
I will try to post some articles I've seen of successes -- to the Google Group listed above.
