Corvallis has a string of parks along both the Willamette and Marys Rivers that the City acquired with great wisdom in a past era by leaders and a public that understood how to look into the future for the greater good. Some of these parks are well-known by the Corvallis community and some, not at all. This series provides a brief introduction to these parks with the hope of inspiring you to value these magical treasures.
