ICO Activities resumed in Summer 2022.

Here are some of our past activities

• An exciting and fun day with a group at the Nashville Zoo.
• ICO volunteers hosted a Kayak Day for Nashville Youth.
• ICO leaders led young people on a Hike at Hidden Lake - a two mile hike seeing turtles, birds and bugs.

If you would like to help kids find the joy of the outdoors and nature, we would love to have you join us. Leading hikes to inspire connections in the outdoors is the core of what we do. We need volunteers to go on hikes with different local youth groups throughout the year. Each outing is required to have a "leader". ICO volunteers can get certified as leaders so that they may lead these outings. During this time we are not able to accept new volunteers. We hope that you will come back to this site in summer 2022 when we hope to have our form for volunteers back online. Just like to have a little more information?
