This boat ride is 3 hours to explore and enjoy Lake Mendota and its surroundings. We're reserving an entire pontoon boat for us, and we will have our own captain and guide to help us explore and understands the lake and many of the features we'll see along the way. The Four Lakes Group is covering the boat fee and will provide some snacks and drinks, but donations to cover the costs and support the Sierra Club will be much appreciated.

There is no restroom on the boat. There is cover we can raise, but you may wish to bring a hat or sunscreen and dress for conditions. It may be a bit cooler on the lake and there should be some breeze. The outing could be cancelled for rain, high water, or heat.
