Welcome New Year! And don't think for a second that your Heart of Illinois Group Board members are not hard at work to help our local area, state, and national environmental issues. We need your membership support and donations. Currently, HOI is in litigation on the North Canton Mine permit appeal at the Circuit Court in Fulton County. We have also challenged the renewal of the North Canton Mine permit along with Canton Area Citizens for Environmental Issues.
