On April 21st, HOI Group members joined hundreds of citizens from across the state in a large rally for passage of the Clean Jobs Bill, Senate Bill 1485 and House Bill 2607, which is intended to create an energy policy that promotes non-polluting clean energy and efficiency resulting in an estimated 32,000 new jobs. Peoria area Senator David Koehler was a keynote speaker at the rally and he is a chief co-sponsor for the legislation in the Senate.
