AZ Youth Climate Action at Environmental Day. Photo by Justin Bahr
We had a fantastic lobby day, Environmental Day at the Capitol 2025 on February 12th. This year we had more than 400 people participate, at least 35 groups -- 25 had information tables, students from five high schools and the youth programs with Chispa Arizona and Rural Arizona Action, students from community colleges and universities, and we met with more than half of the legislators. We also had great food from Testal Mexican Kitchen and wonderful music performed by WildeP’lay. Many thanks to all of the groups and individuals who made this an awesome event! If you missed it, you can find a recording of the livestream here.
