Help with habitat restoration in the
Indian River Lagoon
Lend a hand as we create biodegradable oyster mats!

Join us in supporting the Marine Discovery Center (and the environment!) by helping to make new reefs by constructing oyster mats.

Volunteers will be threading recycled oyster shells onto mats using biodegradable zip ties at the Marine Discovery Center (MDC).
No experience is needed – leaders will show you what to do.

There are three sessions to choose from – select one for more information and to register (registration is required):
   
Wednesday,  5/1,  9 a.m.–Noon
Monday,  5/13,  9 a.m.-Noon
Saturday,  5/18,  9 a.m.-Noon
 
Seats are limited
Please don't register unless you're confident you'll be able to attend.

We'll also be going to lunch following each session.  Please join us!
