Spring is here. Here's some outdoor inspiration.

It's Spring . . . let's celebrate the beauty of the land. The hills and fields are green, the creeks and rivers are flowing, wildflowers are blooming, and nature is teeming with life.

Whales are migrating, birds are feeding, wildlife is very active and mountain lion paw prints are now seen almost everywhere.

So, pick your favorite Springtime activity and try and spend as much time outdoors as you can to enjoy all which we are blessed with here in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

And don't forget your home garden, so much to plant now and so many roses, annual flowers, perennials and flowering shrubs in bloom now, my own yard is filled with hundreds of flowers, whose beauty keeps me sane during the challenges we are facing in our world right now.

Yes, Spring heals, nature heals, gives us hope, allows us to renew and now more than ever we need hope and renewal.

Focus on making sure that you are healthy both physically and mentally and what better way than to allow nature to keep you healthy.

Grow your own food, our perfect climate is just right to grow so many different vegetables and fruits, grown organically and fresh to pick as you need.

Life is so positive when we allow more nature into our lives whether it be out in the wild and in our own urban gardens.
