The Sierra Club relies heavily on volunteers. As a grassroots organization, without dedicated members, the Sierra Club would not be able to fight the statehouse for renewable energy standards, cleanup rivers, or educate the public on the importance of keeping fracking, logging, and burning out of public lands.
