The 2025-26 West Virginia Legislative Scorecard
The Score Card consists of an Excel spreadsheet with tabs at the bottom of the page: one for the WV State Senate, one for the WV House of Delegates, and one for the Roll Call Descriptions of the chosen votes. Bills were chosen based on recorded roll call votes where a clear pro-environment position was identified, and where at least 5% of the chamber voted in opposition. Those votes were used to calculate a pro-environment percentage score, with 100% being perfect. It is available for download here:
