Federal Organizing
The Federal Organizing part of the Field Organizing Capacity Team focuses on aligning chapter-level work with federal priorities to amplify the impact of grassroots organizing and environmental campaigns. By integrating federal organizing best practices into chapter efforts, the team empowers chapters to lead effective grassroots campaigns while ensuring that regional and national goals are aligned.
This collaboration helps chapters build leadership capacity, deepen community engagement, and proactively expand their membership base, all with a focus on justice and equity. Their goal is to mobilize chapters for impactful federal campaigns, driving environmental and social change.
