The Clean Water Campaign in Illinois is a focused on protecting rivers, lakes, streams and wetlands throughout the state and improving water quality.
Currently the focus of our work to protect the waters of Illinois includes:
- Clean Water for All: Advancing clean water for all by empowering communities
- Nutrients: Reducing nutrient pollution to Illinois waterways from agriculture and urban sources
- Coal Waste in Water: Reducing water pollution caused by coal mining and coal waste
- Dirty Development: Protecting waterways in Illinois from dirty development
