The Delta Chapter of the Sierra Club encompasses the entire state of Louisiana and is comprised of five groups:

New Orleans Group (700xx, 701xx, 703xx)

Baton Rouge Group (707xx, 708xx)

Honey Island Group - Northshore (704xx)

Acadiana Group - Lafayette (705xx, 706xx)

Acadiana Group

The Acadiana group includes Lafayette and surrounding areas. We are working to stop I49 and are awaiting the EIS and lawsuit. We also work to protect Black Bears and the lawsuit is on hold/inactive currently.  If you want to know more...
