How do I update my email address?

From the My Account dashboard, scroll down under Manage My Account and click on Contact Information and Password. From there you can edit your information. Once done, scroll down and click the Save Changes button. From here you can also update your phone number and postal address.

How do I change the name on my account?

In order to make any changes to your account name, you will need to call Member Care at 415-977-5653.

How do I update the types of emails I receive from the Sierra Club?

From the My Account dashboard, scroll down under Manage My Account and click on Communication Preferences. From that screen, click on Manage Email Newsletters and Email Contact Preferences. Select the types of emails you’d like to receive from the Sierra Club then scroll down and click on Save Preferences.

How do I renew my membership?

You can renew your membership online here.

How do I access my donation history?

From the My Account dashboard scroll down under Manage My Account and click on Membership and Donations. From there you can view the last 3 years of your donation history. If you have further questions about your donation history, you may contact Member Care using our form or call us at 415-977-5653.

How do I update my credit card billing information?

Please note that at this time only monthly donors (also known as Wilderness Guardians) can update their credit card information online. Others will need to contact Member Care at 415-977-5653. Wilderness Guardians can update this information by clicking on their My Account dashboard.
