Strong, committed volunteer leadership makes it possible for tens of thousands of our members and supporters to fight strategically for our environment and communities, enjoy safe and educational outings, and take part in many other events and activities.
The N.C. Chapter's all-volunteer Executive Committee includes representatives from across the state, elected annually by Sierra Club members who are welcome to attend the excom's bimonthly meetings.
