LOS ANGELES -- This Saturday, Sept. 28, the Sierra Club Angeles Chapter and Team Sierra will host outdoors advocates from across the city for the first-annual City Hike: LA fundraising event. The trek will guide participants throughout the city in order to raise money for clean energy, clean transportation, and the safeguard of California’s lands.
What: Beginning in Koreatown, hikers will choose between a 3.8 or 7.7-mile journey studded with food and drink from local vendors, downtown attractions, and famous parks like Grand Park, Vista Hermosa, Pershing Square, and MacArthur Park.
When: Saturday, September 28, 2019, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. pacific
Where: Rooftop patio in Koreatown (3250 Wilshire Blvd. 5th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90010)
