Trump’s Unified Agenda aims to roll back environmental safeguards by the end of 2020

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Today, the Trump administration released its Unified Agenda, a timeline of rollbacks it is hoping to achieve by the end of the term. The agenda provides a timeline for finalizing attacks on methane and PFAS pollution protections to the dirty power scam, the clean car standards and public lands protections.

In response, Pat Gallagher, the Director of Sierra Club's Environmental Law Program, released the following statement:

"The Donald Trump administration’s timeline of clean air, water, and climate rollbacks cements it’s legacy as the presidential administration with the worst record on the environment and on climate action in the history of the country. The Trump administration’s deregulatory agenda will wreak havoc on frontline communities and vulnerable populations; it is a giveaway to polluting industries.”
