HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Today, the Sierra Club Pennsylvania Chapter joined with PennFuture, Clean Air Council, and Environmental Defense Fund to file appeals to the Commonwealth Court’s ruling earlier this month that blocked the state from joining the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
