Zeldin is a former congressman and failed gubernatorial candidate from the state of New York, and has no apparent qualifications for the role.

Washington, DC – Today, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced the finalization of $4.37 billion in clean energy investments stemming from Empowering Rural America (New ERA) grants and loans at 10 large rural electric cooperatives. The New ERA program funds investments in renewable energy, storage, transmission, and large-scale emissions reductions.

Washington, DC – Today, the Biden Administration announced a new target for the United States to achieve a 61-66 percent reduction from 2005 levels in economy-wide net greenhouse gas pollution in 2035. The emissions target – known as the “nationally determined contribution” or “NDC,” is a formal submission to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
