Washington, DC – Today, the Sierra Club released more than 35,000 comments submitted to the National Park Service in response to Donald Trump’s efforts to whitewash history on public lands via the executive order “Restoring Truth and Sanity to American History”.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee released draft text from Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) and Ranking Member Rick Larsen (D-WA). The draft legislation attacks five years of successful and cost-reducing federal investments in electric vehicle charging, clean trucks and buses, and clean transit on which communities across the country rely.
Bill aimed at stopping Trump administration’s efforts to erase Native American history on public lands
WASHINGTON, DC — The Trump administration announced today that it has withdrawn its nominee, Scott Socha, to lead the National Park Service.
Socha is an executive at Delaware North, a hospitality company that contracts with NPS to provide services at major parks like Grand Canyon and Yellowstone including lodging, dining, and retail. He had no government experience.
