Hello Tennessee Sierrans!
We're kicking off an exciting new chapter for our chapter this Friday January 17, 2025 as we gather for our strategic planning session at the Wilson County Fairgrounds. From noon to 5 PM, we'll be rolling up our sleeves and mapping out our game plan for 2025 and beyond – and yes, lunch is included!
What's This All About?
This is our first-ever dedicated session to fill out our annual planning template. We'll be joined by an awesome mix of chapter leaders and staff along with national Sierra Club staff members who'll be sharing their voices. Can't make it in person? No problem! We'll have a Zoom link available so you can join us virtually.
What We'll Cover
We're keeping things focused and practical. During our afternoon together, we'll:
- Take stock of what we've achieved and where we stand now
- Dream big about where we want to be in the next 3-5 years
- Figure out our top priorities for 2025
Why This Matters
This isn't just another meeting – it's our chance to shape the future of environmental action in Tennessee. We'll be discussing which issues/campaigns/programming to prioritize and how to build our chapter's power across the state.
