Celebrate and advocate at these Earth Day events across Georgia!

Celebrate and advocate Earth Day 2023

Since 1970, environmental advocates have celebrated Earth Day to show their support for environmental protection and the need to look after our planet. More than 50 years later, our tactics have evolved with the times, incorporating virtual events, digital calls to action, and using the internet to take part in a global celebration from the comfort of our homes.

The Sierra Club Georgia Chapter is here to help you find local events near you or a virtual event that speaks to your personal interests. Here’s a rundown of some of the Earth Day events taking place here in Georgia and beyond.

This is by no means an exhaustive list of all the opportunities to get involved this Earth Day in Georgia. Any additions to this list can be sent to Georgia Chapter Senior Communications & Policy Coordinator Ricky Leroux at ricky.leroux@sierraclub.org.
